Dr (Ms.) Minnette Ireen Passah, a qualified UGC Net with JRF in Adult and Continuing Education completed her PhD in 2019 for a study entitled “The Effects of Life Skills Education and Training on the Employability of Youth in Shillong”. She is a gold medallist recipient for securing First Rank First during her Master Degree in Adult and Continuing Education from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Prior to joining as a State Lead, as a Passionate, Creative and imbued with a zeal to foster holistic learning experiences in aspirants and executives across all disciplines she worked as a Certified Master Trainer at State Institute of Rural Development, certified from NIRDP&RD Hyderabad from April 2017 to April 2023 and also engaged herself as a Guest Faculty in the Department of Adult and Continuing Education from September 2019- June 2022.
She is an open-hearted, warm, effective communicator able to interact effectively with diverse groups across communities; comfortable and trustworthy with audiences at all levels. With nearly a decade of experience in the field of research and human development, she had been able to published many journal article papers in various UGC approved journal. She is capable of thriving in varied environments prove her ability to rally teams towards stated objectives, and thus to lead the charge towards commonly envisioned goals.
