During this he was posted as Block project manager in Uniyara block of Tonk district. During this time,he had worked extensively on field, implementing National rural livelihood mission, National rural economic transformation project, Rajasthan State ,Rajasthan Water Sector Livelihood Improvement Project and other state run projects. He has done his Master's in Social Work from Delhi school of social work, University of Delhi. In his free free time, he likes to read Self help books and Playing sports such as Volleyball, cricket, badminton."
