Abhishek Saini, originally from Ambala district of Haryana, earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab University, Chandigarh in 2018.
He then served as the Area Service Manager at IFB Industries Ltd, overseeing the operational aspects of the Chandigarh Branch from 2018 to 2020.
Subsequently, he participated in the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship Programme, a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Here, he undertook a Certificate Programme in Public Policy and Management, further enhancing his knowledge and skills. During his tenure in the fellowship, he collaborated with the District Administration of Hisar, Haryana, focusing on skill development initiatives. He actively contributed to policy formulation, designing skill development plans, conducting thorough field assessments, and monitoring governmental scheme implementations.
