Globally, 175 million+ and nearly half of all pre-primary-age children are not enrolled in pre-primary education. In India, enrollment and attendance are better, but ECCE delivery quality and structure remain poor.

Strategic Approach to QUEST

  • Supporting 11 states in implementing the Aadharshila ECCE model
  • Pilots for strengthening ECE in 132 Anganwadis in AP
    • Conducting learning outcomes assessments
    • Building capacity of Anganwadi Workers
    • Delivering structured and domain-wise activities on a day-to-day basis
    • Providing adequate age-appropriate TLM
    • Strengthening supportive supervision and guidance
