Objective
To lift ultra-poor households out of extreme poverty through a multi-faceted livelihoods approach inspired by BRAC International’s Graduation Model.
What We Need?
Despite welfare programs, the poorest of the poor are often left behind due to limited resources, access gaps, and structural barriers.
Our Approach
Provide strategic advice in project implementation consisting of:
Identification of Ultra-Poor
Targeting the most vulnerable households through community-based selection
Access to Entitlements
Facilitating government welfare benefits
Livelihood Planning & Asset Transfer
Providing productive assets
One on One Coaching
Personalised coaching spread over a period of 18-24 months
Conduct concurrent evaluation of the project and propose course corrections where necessary.
